The shadow mini boss thingy in the cavern level targets frozen imps when spawned close enough. It will cast a shadow on the imp and then attack him as if it's the player (and fails to damage the frozen imp). I haven't been able to test how it reacts to molten imps.
How to reproduce:
1. Start the quest where you melt imps
2. Go to the cavern (seed: 26858)
3. Search the mirrors and don't intervene/charge (since he may target the player first I think)
