whenever you save a spell loadout or wand loadout and you load it up. The runes automatically become Grade A runes.
EDIT: Apparently it's only a visual bug.

Update 1.0.3 has fixed this. However, corrupt saves will still need to be sent to tastystewdios AT gmail DOT com to be restored.
