Just downloaded the game from GOG and am getting unplayable fps (< 5) right from the start. I can`t even really do anything in the main menu due to the low fps since my mouse is lagging that bad.
I managed to get it to windowed mode which seems to speed it up a little, but it`s still really bad. I`ve messed around with the Win7 compatibility modes and forcing it to 640x480 resolution gets it to run almost smooth but that`s unplayable due to the low resolution.
When I get it to run in windowed mode, the game states that its in Version 1.02. GOG says it`s version 2.1.0 so I`m not quite sure which version I got.
I`m running on Win7 64-Bit with 8GB RAM and a Geforce GTX850m.
I allready tried closing all unneeded other Programs but that doesn`t help (which I didn`t expect since it seems to be a resolution problem)
I hope you can help me since I`d really love to play the game
BTW: Is it normal that changes in the settings aren`t saved when restarting the game?
