I'm The new character customisation is really cool, with quite a bit of detail. I have one question though; Do you intend to have the different pieces unlock as you collect cosmetic items? I feel the need to ask that because I discovered you seem to have removed the contents of the chest above the Architect, and opening it delivers the message "You got an INVALID_QUEST_ITEM_NAME", similar to a bug I reported on the earlier build, which was supposedly caused by the chest containing an item not implemented. That and if everything is meant to start unlocked, that chest containing a hat seems a bit redundant. If you did intend for everything to be unlocked, perhaps that chest could unlock the option of customisation, saying it contains costume pieces? On another note: Let's have a look at what characters everyone makes, eh? I'll start off. Yes, the beard and hair are different colours. It's because the beard is fake, and he wears is because he feels a lack of facial hair brings about inadequacy.

Hey,
We've discussed a lot of different routes to take with character customization internally, and I'd like to shine a bit of light on our thought processes.
We definitely want players to be able to make their wizard feel unique right out of the gate, while still giving out pieces periodically that they can get excited about collecting. Providing cosmetic items such as the coach's whistle from a quest that revolves around the coach is a very likely outcome.
This release we went and provided players with all the pieces that went into making the NPCs, as well as a few other additional elements for fun (such as the classic "dot" eyes). We removed the cosmetic items from the store but completely forgot about the cowboy hat box quest (whoops!) though it is very likely that obtaining cosmetic items in a similar way is still possible.
