General Description: On the start of a new game, after having exited one previous game after completing a doctorate level (the forest), I found that the tutorial was doctorate level, and that I found chest rewards at the end to be doctorate level, along with any enemies that were spawned (thieves upon picking up the gems and the plant miniboss from gems only). Nothing else was changed.
How to Reproduce: I have not attempted this yet, but presumably one would complete a doctorate level then start a new game.
