This isn't a massively important suggestion, but I noticed a fire enemy crawling around in a desert oasis. This isn't exactly a bug, hence I didn't put this in the bug section. Fire attacks also work under water. If you're ever running out of things to add or just feel like messing with something less important, making water and fire interact more realistically might be cool.
