Title: Staff of the Maple Leaf gives max mana on cast
Version 0.8.0
Description: When a spell is cast with the Staff of the Maple Leaf equipped, you get max mana as if you had killed something. More specifically, it seems as though you get 2 max mana every time a spell particle disappears.
Repro Steps:
1) Unlock the Staff of the Maple Leaf and equip it as your artifact
2) Cast some spells
3) Watch mana bar
One spell combo I found that exhibits this bug particularly well is: Chaos Butterfly + Explosive Powder + Fairy Wings. The Chaos Butterfly explosion vfx makes a bunch of particles, so you get about 40 max mana per cast. It seems that you also get half as much current mana. So with 20 mana regen per cast, you can constantly cast the spell, even with Grade A Fairy Wings. You just get more mana back than you spend... It was pretty rediculous.
