turret + rift: turret stops teleporting after a few spell casts
reproduce: make a spell with rift crystal+ vulcan wrench, fire it.

More information.
With further testing it looks like the turret only teleports to the original cursor position. The position it was in at the time of the original spell cast.

Thanks for reporting this.
This is actually the correct behavior as the teleport material always stops at the on-cast cursor position. Still, its worth thinking about if that's the funnest or best way to go about it so we might revisit this in the future.
