I received the quest "Cleaning Up the Forest (Part III)", and decided to complete another quest, "Reverse Architecture (Part III)" before going to the forest. I mapped out the castle on Associate's difficulty, and upon returning to Dorwal I found "Cleaning Up the Forest" was registered as having the requirements completed, and possible to hand in to the Artist.
I was not on Doctorate difficulty, as would be required for "Cleaning Up the Forest", and I do not believe I killed all of the enemies in the Castle. If that's even possible without missions which require it, as enemies appear to spawn constantly.
Reproduction:
1) Launch Magic maker.
2) Acquire the quests "Cleaning Up the Forest (Part III)" and "Reverse Architecture (Part III)".
3) Travel to the Castle on Associate's difficulty, and complete the requirements for "Reverse Architecture".
4) Complete the level and return to Dorwal. If the bug has been reproduced then "Cleaning Up the Forest" will be completed.
I have not included an image as I can think of no way to suitably capture the bug in image form.
