A place to post your highest hitting spells no matter how impractical they may be. This one for instance normally hits 150-3000 and I actually use it in play. But in special circumstances.... It hits 376 MILLION. made from A grade: slimeheart, Chaos Butterfly, Seashell,Explosive power. So plenty of room for imrovment.

... Wow. Just wow. I've tried out quite a few combinations, but I've rarely been able to use the Chaos Butterfly in a way that hits anything, so I've never seen anything like that happen. I've developed a couple of cool combinations, though. One reliably does 750 damage: Ton of Bricks, Ninja Sword, and Repulsor Energy, then I've thrown in an Ectoplasm for mana steal. All of those materials are only B-grade though, so I don't know how much damage it would do with A-grade. And to be honest I doubt I will make it A-grade any time soon. I'm using alchemy a lot and I keep getting negative amounts of essence. Then there's one made similar to yours, though not quite as effective. Slime Heart, Chaos Butterfly, Diamond, and Crystal Ball. For me the Chaos Butterfly is only B-Grade, but I've seen it do about 67 000 damage. Okay, it just did 670 000 damage. Not quite so bad as I'd thought... Still can't hit anything with it though.

Aye, some of us just have a knack for mass destruction. Even being able to have fairly high hitting spells, I prefer to have fast-firing spells that I can aim accurately and hit a lot with. For example, my wand alone does 344 damage per second, though it only deals 84 damage on hit. And my main spell is a homing laser which deals... Well, I'm not sure. It tends to show the damage all in 10 damage markers, and there are too many to count.

Not in terms of single damage hit but in terms of usefulness:
Crystal ball Spider Silk Optic Lens (one spare, recommend the burrowing one or Diamond)
The trail left by Spider Silk will home via crystal ball as well. 500 hp dummy disppears faster than you can blink (I can't even count how fast its respawning).
With burrowing, you can clear even doctorate dungeons in a bare few casts. Diamond makes bosses evapourate.

That spell in the first post is really op if it is allowed to turn a lot, but that sort of helps balance it too. to get numbers that high the spell usually has to be up in the air twisting around for quite a bit of time. In corridors and smaller areas the damage is usually much lower, but still quite useful.
Im still experimenting with all kinds of stuff, had to start over because I got the castle update client recently, but I dont mind. It's fun running through with different spells, wands, and robes... especially now that cosmetic is like it is, love the new cosmetic system.

I prefer the death by a thousand cuts: Diamond + Stone + Crystal Ball + Silk. If wall penetration wasn't limited I could tape the spell key down and come back to collect the loot in an empty level. I named it "Certain Doom".
Anything that's left standing and still comes close, I mop up with a Lens + Explosives + Guillotine wand.
For the bosses, a Caustic + Poison + Philosopher's Stone Enchantment deals 2620 damage per second. Usually, that seals the deal. Fire might be more practical for poison immune stuff.

my current battle spell Mah lazer: reliably hits slightly over 5000 per shot and its seeking, so there is no way to miss . . another honorific powerful spell is this one flayer: usually does 3000-6000 damage highly dependent on range, but i have seen it do over 20000 damage

Annihilating Chaos: imgur.com/a/FtVFMMy spells tend to look like that... whether it's beams, homing diamonds or butterflies, the particle effect of dieng scarecrows alone engulf the whole world. (yes I know there is an options menu) Also note that this spell costs me 0 Mana and 0 Health. GG
