Does anybody know what the way is to find him or does he spawn randomly in the generated world?
And does anybody know the answer to the questions?
Please type the questions whit answers for me and the community.

I would also want to know what PROB is in the file and can I change it or could problems occur?

The sphinx spawns randomly. I believe he is more likely to appear on higher difficulties.
Changing the value on the PROB tag would result in problems like freezing and crashing.
