Mods are fun

Hiya! Great game, I love the crap out of it!! Though my love for most games always boils down to modding it to change it for the fun of it! I have two questions, 1. Can we have a section to upload mods? Because I plan to make a few mods, mostly simple until I figure all the assets out. My second question is, is there a way to make new enemies? I have looked everywhere and I can't figure it out, and I think an enemy mod would be pretty fun. Thank you for your time!
